PETG Pro Mechanical Properties
Recommended Printing Parameters
These parameters are recommended for achieving optimal printing results with the specified PETG Pro filament. Adjustments may be necessary based on specific printer models and environmental conditions.
Drying Conditions before Printing:
70°C, 5 hours (convection oven)
Nozzle Diameter:
φ0.4mm
Layer Thickness:
0.12~0.3mm
Nozzle Temperature:
220°C~270°C
Build Plate Temperature:
70°C~80°C
Printing Speed:
40~300mm/s (higher speeds require higher temperatures)
Cooling Fan:
0~50%
Retraction Length:
1~2mm
Retraction Speed:
30~50 mm/s
Support Materials:
Self-supporting
Filament Diameter:
1.75/2.85 mm
Printing and Storage Environment Humidity:
Room temperature to 40°C, ≤20% RH (sealed with desiccant)
Not picky, broadly compatible.
FFF devices on the market with a filament diameter of 1.75mm can all be used, but high-speed FFF 3D printers perform better.
