Flashforge Urgent Fraud Alert

Flashforge Urgent Fraud Alert

We’ve detected unauthorized communications from a former employee, and some customers have already been victimized. Please exercise caution and verify official Flashforge emails.

It has come to our attention that some people have been scamed by fraudulent communications impersonating our staff.

We want to ensure your safety and clarify the following:

1. Violeta Zhang is not an employee of Flashforge, having left the company, and has no affiliation with us. Any communications from her or made in her name are deceptive and should be disregarded.

2. Flashforge’s official email addresses always end with “@flashforge.com.” We do not send emails through any third-party tools or platforms. If you receive an email claiming to be from Flashforge but using a different domain or unfamiliar tool, please ignore it and report it to us immediately. We have noticed that some people have already fallen victim to these scams.

We take your security seriously and are working diligently to prevent any further incidents. If you have any concerns or think you may have been contacted by a fraudulent source, please reach out to us via customer@flashforge.com

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
