hiccups Happen

The order review picture shows 5 units. 10 were in the bag. I erroneously duplicated the order due to confusing information from FF so I got 20 units instead of the 5 I expected. I used 1 and it worked perfectly. I would guess that the ordering function on the web page needs to be updated with canceling instructions. I like FF products and service. Will be back.
