No, you don’t need to set up an account to place an order. However, by signing up, you can earn reward points that can be redeemed for shopping vouchers or special treats during our exclusive events.

International shipments are delivered via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, or SF Express, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in customs or shipping services.

1.Return Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the Return/Exchange Request Form.
• Returns will not be processed without a completed form.
• We will respond within 3 business days (delays may occur during holidays). If you do not receive a response after 3 business days, please contact us at customer@flashforge.com.

2.Eligible Products for Return:

• Printers are the only items eligible for return or exchange.
• Filaments and accessories are not covered under our return policy.

3.Return Window:

• Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

4.Return Requirements:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

5.Return Shipping Costs:

• Non-quality related returns: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
• Quality-related returns: Flashforge will bear the shipping costs and provide the shipping label to customer (quality issues must first be determined by our support team).

*Regions without available shipping labels: Customers in areas where shipping labels cannot be provided must return the item at their own carrier and provide the tracking number and shipping receipt to customer@flashforge.com.

6.Refused or Returned Shipments:

• If the package is returned to our warehouse or delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

7.Refund Amount:

• The refund will be based on the actual paid amount for the printer. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

8.Return Address

• After your return request is approved, our customer service team will contact you with the warehouse address. Please do not return the item to any address without confirmation from our team.
