Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States.
Please note that free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest anytime.
However, we highly recommend creating an account!
By signing up, you can earn reward points and get access to shopping vouchers, special gifts, and exclusive discounts.
We also send out occasional coupons for filaments and accessories to customers who use our products.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, or SF Express, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
If your order ships from our China warehouse, delivery may take 7–20 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, shipping service delays, or holidays.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
1.Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the Return/Exchange Request Form.
- Returns will not be processed without a completed form.
- We will respond within 3 business days (delays may occur during holidays). If you do not receive a response after 3 business days, please contact us at customer@flashforge.com.
2.Eligible Products for Return:
- Printers are the only items eligible for return or exchange.
- Filaments and accessories are not covered under our return policy.
3.Return Window:
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
4.Return Requirements:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
5.Return Shipping Costs:
- Non-quality related returns: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
- Quality-related returns: Flashforge will bear the shipping costs and provide the shipping label to customer (quality issues must first be determined by our support team).
*Regions without available shipping labels: Customers in areas where shipping labels cannot be provided must return the item at their own carrier and provide the tracking number and shipping receipt to customer@flashforge.com.
6.Refused or Returned Shipments:
- If the package is returned to our warehouse or delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
7.Refund Amount:
- The refund will be based on the actual paid amount for the printer. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
8.Return Address
- After your return request is approved, our customer service team will contact you with the warehouse address. Please do not return the item to any address without confirmation from our team.
