Why do you need to re-register your account on Flashforge's official website?
1. We have updated to a new website.
2.Since we attach great importance to user privacy and security, we did not store your account number and password anywhere. This is why we hope you can re-register your account when we move the site. Only you complete the registration on the existing website (the website built by Shopify), we have access to import your order informations and credits into the current website, now you can see your historical information.
How to register?
Step 1: Open the Flashforge website.
Step 2: Click the people icon in the upper left corner and fill in the registration information.
Step 3: You will enter the backend, and your registration will be complete. Please keep your account and password safe.
Why is there no historical order information in my new account?
Yes, when you first complete the registration, you will not see any historical order information. However, don't worry. Once you complete the registration, we have access to import the historical order information from flashforgeshop.com to the current website, allowing you to view your past orders. Our staff will also adjust your points to ensure that your previous cash credits remain valid, and we will additionally grant you points of equal value to your account. The entire order import process will take 2-5 business days.
How to check your points?
Step 1: Open the Flashforge website.
Step 2: Click the rewards icon in the bottom right corner.If you do not have a flashforge.com account, you will need to complete the account registration when you first access the points system.
Step 3: You will enter the backend, where you can view your total points and the rules for earning points.
