How do I use the filament discount?
The filament discount will be automatically applied at checkout. You will also see the specific discount amount on the checkout page.
What does “random color” mean?
Random color means the color is not fixed. If you have specific color preferences, you can leave a note when placing your order, and we will do our best to fulfill it if the color is in stock. Otherwise, colors will be randomly selected, but we will ensure you receive at least two different colors.
If I buy 5KG of filament, will I receive a 5KG roll of filament?
When you purchase 5KG of filament, you will receive 5 rolls of 1KG each, not one single roll of 5KG. The same applies to other quantities.
What should I do if the filament I received has issues with quantity, color, or other problems?
If you encounter any issues with the filament you received, such as incorrect quantity or color, please contact our support team for assistance.
