Recently, Flashforge Group, in collaboration with Rainbow Charity, launched the "Hope in Motion, Casting a Future" 3D printing donation event, providing 3D printers and filaments to the Rainbow Story Library in Huining County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province. This donation has introduced a whole new world of 3D printing to children in remote areas, sparking their curiosity, imagination, and creativity like never before.
The Rainbow Story Library, a public welfare project initiated by Rainbow Charity in March 2020, is dedicated to offering disadvantaged children in rural, townships, and urban fringe communities a safe, comfortable space to read and learn. With its rich collection of books, the library also organizes activities to encourage children to develop hobbies and enhance their extracurricular lives. The arrival ofFlashforge’s 3D printers has notably enhanced the library’s educational resources, with children embracing this innovative tool eagerly.
Under the guidance of their teachers, the children learned how to operate the 3D printing equipment and printed their own 3D models. The hands-on experience left a lasting impression, as they saw their ideas and creativity materialize in front of their eyes.
This donation event has not only given the children of Huining County an unprecedented 3D printing experience, but has also opened doors to the future for them. They are not just exploring new technologies but learning to think critically and innovate. The chance to interact with 3D printing will inspire them to see the world through new eyes, unlocking their potential for innovation.
As the driving force behind this event, Flashforge believes that technologies like 3D printing offer students the chance to explore and shape their futures through hands-on experience. The collaborative efforts of Flashforge and Rainbow Charity have sparked a wave of creativity among these students, empowering them to advance on their path toward technological discovery and success.
